Historic Homes:
The Mocksville area is rich in beauty and history, which is evident in its homes and estates, some of which were constructed over 200 years ago! Being a fan of history and classic architecture, I am proud to serve as the trustee for the Benjamin Eaton house. Built in 1786, it is considered to be the oldest structure still standing in the county. Another one of our areas famous homes was owned by Jake Hanes of the PH Hanes Knitting company, now known as Hanes underwear.
Not only do I appreciate these fine historic homes, I live in one! I currently reside in a house built by my great grandfather, who was the first Doctor in town to Graduate from Medical School. As you can probably guess, this area has a rich historic background which is marvelously mixed-in with both a small town attitude and a big city economy. Whatever type of home you’re looking for, Mocksville has you covered!
Over the years, I have prided myself on being an effective and knowledgeable Mocksville real estate agent, helping buyers/sellers make the right decision. I would love for you to give me a call so that I may do the same thing for you!
